Addictive behaviours happen because the unconscious part of the mind associates a reward with that behaviour. Smoking is no different. This is why it can be incredibly difficult to break the smoking habit, even though you are consciously aware that the habit is harmful to you. 

Hypnotherapy is one of the best methods out there for breaking these unconscious connections. The method I use mixes evidence-based psychology with more traditional hypnotherapy.

During the session we will discuss the causes, beliefs and contributing factors behind your smoking habit, so that you are equipped not only to stop smoking but to remain a non-smoker.
